Aiman Saufi Bin Yaakop

(Managing Director)

Mr. Aiman is an accomplished business leader with more than 10 years of experience across business development, operational management, and the debt recovery industry. At FRM Associates, he provides strategic leadership in strengthening the company’s systems, recovery processes, and operational performance to ensure consistent results and long-term client confidence.
He has successfully overseen debt recovery portfolios for more than 40 Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs) throughout the Klang Valley, while also working with corporate organizations, cooperatives, educational institutions, and consumer financing-related entities. His focus is on delivering ethical, efficient, and results-driven recovery solutions that support sustainable business growth and strong client partnerships.

Staff and Training

A team of 20 skilled professionals, each with several years of experience in debt recovery — fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and various local dialects.
  • Minimum one week of training before any team member handles debtors — covering company background, job roles and best practices.
  • Compliance grounding in the BAFIA Act 1989 (Section 97), Companies Act 1965 (Sections 132 & 132A) and Bank Negara Malaysia's Debt Fair Practice guidelines (September 2007).
  • Communication skills development — listening skills, telephone etiquette, collection techniques, addressing debtors' needs and complaint handling.
